Orders & Shipping

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email with a tracking number and a link to view your package's journey.

How long does delivery take?

We process and ship orders within 3 to 5 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays). Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your governorate.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email. We will do our best to assist before the order leaves our warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return & exchange policy?

You can request a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery. To ensure eligibility, items must be in perfect condition. For full details, please visit our Return & Exchange Policy.

What are the conditions for a return?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear or scent.

What if I received a damaged item?

We sincerely apologize. Please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. In case of manufacturing defects, we will arrange a free replacement.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Egypt, as well as major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) through our secure checkout.
