Orders & Shipping
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to view your package's journey.
How long does delivery take?
We process and ship orders within 3 to 7 business days, excluding Fridays and public holidays. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is processed for shipping, but we will do our best to assist.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return & exchange policy?

What are the conditions for a return or exchange?
To be eligible, items must be in brand-new condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact, and free of any scents or stains. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
What if I received a wrong or damaged item?
We sincerely apologize. Please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
