Our Policy
We offer a 3-day return window and a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery. Any requests made outside these timeframes cannot be processed.
Conditions for Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be in brand-new condition, meeting all the following criteria:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- With all original tags and packaging intact.
- Free of any scents or stains.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Initiate a Request
To start the process, please contact our customer care team at care@zayta.com. Include your order number and the reason for your request, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
Processing & Fees
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
A standard courier fee of 60 EGP will be applied to all return requests, unless the issue is a manufacturing defect verified by our team.
