ZAYTA – Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t match your request, we’re here to assist you.
Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective items or if the item does not match your order (wrong color, size, or model).
- Requests should be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
- After an exchange, no further returns or exchanges are allowed for the same order.
- Products must be securely packed in the original packaging to ensure acceptance.
- Any signs of use, makeup, perfume, or damage will result in rejection of the return/exchange.
Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for all return/exchange shipping fees.
- Shipping costs are covered by the store only if the error is caused by the store (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
- If the original order included free shipping and the customer requests a return or exchange, the cost of the previously free shipping will be charged to the customer.
Exceptions
- Sale items and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Procedure
- Contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp within 24 hours to request a return or exchange.
- Refunds or exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- We will respond to your request within 24 hours of receiving your message.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
